World champions. Local inspiration.

Wan Squad’s international success is helping open doors at home. Port Moresby workshops connected young dancers with the two-time world champions and Australia’s Bloodline crew.

Two-time World Hip Hop Dance Championship winners Wan Squad joined Australia’s Bloodline crew for workshops and performances in Port Moresby in August 2026. The Australian High Commission reports that more than 70 dancers participated, with some also competing in the PNG National Dance Championships.

The programme brought international experience into a local setting, giving young dancers opportunities to develop their skills and confidence. Wan Squad’s story connects achievement abroad with the work of growing PNG’s performing arts community at home.
